  • Obsluha recepce i restaurace perfektní

  • Sedící a povídající romove v recepci povídající s recepcním.Evidentne nebyli ubytovaní.Připadalo to jako vybírání výpalněho.Romové u snídaně seděli jen u čaje.Vypadalo to jakoby čekali na to co zbyde,aby si to mohli odnést.Dříve jsem se s tím nesetkal.

  • ubytování OK, cena by však ve srovnání s kvalitou ubytování jinde v Brně měla být výrazně nižší

  • velmi špatná obsluha v restauraci při večeři dne 15. 10. 2016 - dlouho to trvalo - aperitiv nebyl přinesen před jídlem, ale až v průběhu jídla - aperitiv nebyl řádně vychlazený - džus byl přinesený jiný než objednaný - při placení jsme velmi dlouho čekali
